Read "Living Like A Russian," the travelogue of a UO student studying abrod

“You have to keep a blog!” This was Liz Prischenko’s exhortation to her fellow Russian-language students when she gave an on-campus presentation about her term abroad in St. Petersburg.

True to her advice, she was an enthusiastic blogger, sharing tales of culinary and cultural adventures—plus lots of insights into what it means to learn a language in your home (she comes from a Russian-speaking Oregon household) and then actually visit the mother country, where the spoken language is not quite the same.
